Matt Price Driver Training specialises in Trailer Towing lessons for those who need to take the B+E Test, for all levels of ability.

If you passed your Car Driving Test after 1st January 1997 and you tow, or are looking to tow any kind of large trailer, caravan, horsebox, boat, or plant machinery etc, the chances are you require the B+E Licence to tow legally. This generally applies to nearly all trailers weighing over 750kgs. If you are unsure if you need to take the B+E test, please see The Law section which explains it in more detail.

Matt is a fully qualified DVSA Approved Driving Instructor. He is one of the area’s most popular and experienced trailer towing instructors, and has successfully put hundreds of people through their B+E Test. Catering for private individuals right up to large businesses, and along with one of the highest pass rates in the area, you are in the best hands for the test. His past customers include Utility companies, Tree surgeons, Catering Trailer Businesses, Park rangers, Landscape gardeners, Builders, Horse Riders, Mechanics, Car racers, and the list goes on and on.

A lot of driving schools in the area will advertise that they offer B+E training along with learner driving lessons etc, the reality is they rarely teach B+E, and so are not that experienced in teaching trailers. Matt on the other hand, is one of the area’s only full-time trailer instructors and so has some of the highest experience – and pass rate in the whole area!

Matt has a range of courses for the B+E Trailer Towing Test, ranging from those who have never towed before to those who are highly experienced with trailers. Some places will say you need lots of hours to pas the test, this is simply untrue Matt can easily get you through your test with just 4 hours training if you can already reverse trailers, and just 8 hours for beginners!

Matt provides the towing vehicle with trailer, the training ground and will arrange your DVSA practical test so all you need do is turn up with your driving licence.
